The WNBA discriminates against pregnant women

When a player leaves on maternity they stop scoring points and getting rebounds thus lowering their season and career totals and averages. This in turn causes these players to make less money on contracts and endorsements and lowers their chance to be hall of famers thus lowing future earnings. The WNBA should give players on maternity leave the average number of points and rebounds they should have gotten if they had played thus not penalizing them for giving birth. This will eliminate the illegal “stats gap”. #internationalwomensday
