I work part time as I’m a full time student. Most weeks I’m available certain days that I don’t have classes but 18 days in advance I put into my schedule that I’m unavailable to work on one of my usual days because I need to drive a friend to the airport in the middle of the day plus do some other things with them prior. I’m available 3 other days that week and she already has be scheduled for over the amount of hours I request to work in a week. She often schedules me over despite my constant reminders and now I’m just honestly pissed that even though I gave ample notice she can be like eat shit. They also pay me shit.
What would you do in this situation? I will obviously be reaching out asap but just would really appreciate some advice for what to say or what others do in these kinds of circumstances.
