Looking for time clock manipulation advice

I have a good job as a dispatcher for a private ambulance agency here in Colorado. One of the best agencies in my opinion. I love my job, love my coworkers, and my employers treat me well. Due to call volume being unpredictable at times, I always show up early. In EMS, it’s common practice to show up early. We all practice the “if you’re not early, you’re late” ethic. After scrolling through emails from 3 years ago I did find one that says not to clock in more than 15 minutes early, but that wouldn’t really explain these adjustments. I tracked it back and it looks like it’s been going on for about 6 months. Should I contact an attorney? Should I brush it off? Should I let them know it’s a shitty thing to do but then let it go? I don’t want to burn a bridge while I’m standing on it. Thanks in advance for the advice.
