Manager Flagged Only MY Consecutive Sick Days to HR

I work for a large corporation that offers unlimited PTO. Right now I am recovering from a case of covid and have been very ill for the past few weeks. I decided it was time for me to take some actual days off and let my manager know on Friday that I would need Monday through Thursday off so that I could recuperate. Initially she said okay, but then let me know that she “had to flag” these consecutive sick days to HR. This concerns me, because we have PTO for a reason and none of my coworkers have ever had to meet with HR after taking multiple days off due to illness or even in advance of a long vacation. I am looking for a way out of this job in general, even though I do love what I do, but this environment is hostile and toxic. What can…

What can I do in the interim before I meet with HR this upcoming Friday to protect my rights and feel a little less like a kid who did something bad when really what I've been doing is exactly the right thing: taking care of my very unwell self.
