Just for a little of background: I am an immigrant, living in america for 1.5y now. I was working for my husband family for a little over a year while I waited for my docs, so I wasn’t hired properly, so no tax or whatever.
They can surely can confirm that I worked there. But my question is: for a background check they cannot find it, should I just tell the truth?
Another question: do employers in america can check backgrounds of another countries?
I have my graduation there, also experience, and I don’t know if they can or not check it, do anyone had the same issue?
