Required 2 hour pre-screening “interview” before a company will interview.

Am I crazy for thinking this is asking a lot from applicatants? I applied for a job position that is essentially a receptionist position for a medical company. Within a day or so of applying I received and email directing me to a sort of pre-screening online test. This is a two hour test that I was required to take all in one sitting within 3 days of receiving the email. It seems like a lot to ask from applicatants before they even consider your application. This isn't a final step after being interviewed. It's the first thing they have you do. That's a lot of time and energy spent on a receptionist position with the small chance I might be selected when I could spend that time putting out tons of other applications for other similar positions.
