Hi all, I finally was able to find a new job that I’ll be starting in just under 2 weeks. I don’t know if I’m more excited to start a new role, or leave this hell hole.
Anyways, I am asking for help in writing my resignation email. I will give probably a 1 week notice to the company, so I have a few days to decide.
My main beef with this company is that I am being severely overworked which has caused my performance to fall. For a couple months no one cared about my escalations until I had a breakdown and contacted my HR.
Because of this, I considered giving no notice, but I work with some really nice and friendly people, who I don’t want to end up screwing in the end since my work will get dumped on them. I should at least catch them up to speed.
