Anyone else noticed a creep from fully remote to hybrid? I work as a financial contractor and currently looking for work as my employment will end next month. I have seen at least three roles that I would qualify for and after contacting the recruiter I am advised the client expects at least one day in the office. Wouldn't be that much of an issue but I am in Scotland and the roles are in South of England. Fuck off with this hybrid bullshit. The world has changed. Stop trying to change it back.
