I(16f) asked my boss for a raise last week since I've been at the job for almost a year and only made $10/hour and I really need the money. For some reason she called my mom asking if it was OK to give me a raise and my mom told her not to. Idk why her imput was important in her decision to give me a raise but my mom straight up said “idk why you think you're worth more then that” Needless to say I'm pretty pissed off and would quit if I could find somewhere else
