Help, how do I get passed this. I was showing my Manager pictures on my phone and a picture of a job posting came up. I’m pretty sure my Manager saw it. I feel so guilty, I had to ask for leave work early because I couldn’t concentrate. She did not ask me about it but I’m worried she will ask when I’m back in the office with her. I’m trying to shake it off but it’s so hard. She’s one of the best Managers I’ve had in a long time. What if she treats me differently now? I was just seeing what my options were, now I feel I messed it all up. Not sure how to get past this. I’m looking for any advice right now. I feel so sick about this.
