Today is my new employee orientation, which has to be within your first 30 days. It only happens once a month, so I’ve been here almost a full month before this, but others have been working here only for max 4 weeks. Yet they want us all to submit Glassdoor reviews for working for them already….
Maybe it’s just me, but that seems like a bit of a sketchy way to get people to leave reviews early before they’ve had a chance to really feel out the company. I haven’t had any bad experiences so far, but still find it odd.
