Does anyone know what’s up with WFH experience requirements?

What does that even mean? One was 5+ years of WFH experience. I’m trying to find a job where I don’t have to go into the office, but a lot are entry level WFH office jobs that have that. It feels like I’m getting pushed out of the market. I was working retail and other /essential worker/ jobs because I was in college. I never got to work from home….. I’m just confused.
