Just had an experience with a potential employer. I've been applying and following up for 2 weeks. Hiring manager won't take calls and left the most vague of job descriptions, no pay.
Today, after evading calls and follow up, finally answered my call, just to tell me he doesn't disclose wage until hiring. When I questioned how that was fair, his actual response was if you're hungry enough to work, then you take whatever bologna sandwich given to you. If you're too picky to eat a bologna sandwich, you must not be that hungry, lol.
