Well, the text says it all, I worked from home on that day to take care of my kid, and when I went to make breakfast, I got an invite 2 minutes after to a “important” meeting, I checked my phone to be sure that I was not needed later and I got a team text from my boss saying to join the meeting so I rushed in. A few days later I got a the warning and I told them that this was BS and instead of giving me a verbal warming why no one talked to me before hand? after so many years I have never being late and I explained the situation, well they said “we will look into this” and to this date I am still waiting. 🙂
