I quit my job today after a week because, among many other problems, it doesn’t have a staff bathroom. My employer was surprised Pikachu when I told them. The worst part is that I keep going back and forth feeling guilty because I maybe think I made a big deal out of nothing? My shifts were 4 hours in the am, a break, and 4 more in the pm. I just didn’t see myself working there long term in these conditions…
