Ive given him plenty of time to pay me my final cheque but its now a week and a half late from the six days of the law requiring them to pay me out, and one day late from when I would regularly be getting paid If I didnt quit… Gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking theyd pay me on the regularly scheduled pay day but no luck.
I have the timesheet showing Im owed 31 hours for the week. But the photo I had taken doesnt have the date on it. But the geo-location and timestamp on the photo matches the dates. Will I be okay If I take this guy to court for my cheque? Dont want to look like a fool. Also will I be compensated further than my 31 hours for going through this whole process?
