“Hybrid work model starting in June”

So our company decided that we will return to office. All it took was 1 week after the CDC said the pandemic is over. I have moved over 1 hour away from our office because I thought I wouldn't need to be there a lot. Now it has been decided that we need to be there for 3 days a week. That decision came from the US, I'm from Europe. So somebody in the US thought that everybody should suffer in an open office… I'm in a technical position so I have to concentrate a lot – when I'm at the office I'm not very efficient or productive, yet I will have to travel there, lose a few hours of my day? Our company also fired a lot of employees in the last few months – what's the goal here? I'm furious right now. It's also hilarious that every company…

I'm furious right now. It's also hilarious that every company wants to be “green” or sustainable. Still they are demanding that every employee will drive to the office…

It's so fucking disguisting that I will have to work until I'm 70 anyway and now you want to take my remote work away too…
