Hey y’all I just started my first serving job and it’s already been made clear by an experienced server that we are on the hook for the tab of anyone that leaves. As far as I know this is illegal, but is anyone able to point me to the specific regulation or statute that makes it so in the event I need to prove it. I’m in Texas specifically if that matters.
