Well. First of all I want to state that I'm living in Poland in East Europe. Next to Ukraine if you don't know. And let's go to my story.
I had a female friend that was working in Call Center company. She even made it to Team Leader and sales trainer (sorry, peoples keep telling me that my english is pretty good, but I might not understand or know specific words related to job/working/hierarchy in company).
I was in very bad mental state and in need to move out from my parents' home. I don't want to go into details but that female friend advised me to apply for call center company where her friend is working. Its not the same company where she was working. She told me this is a company that is selling dietary supplements, language course and magic stuff (lol). She stated this is more like customer service because peoples wanna buy that stuff and I Gotta explain how that stuff works to them.
I applied at the end of may 2022. They interviewed and accepted me. First I had first week of training which included 3 days od theoretical training and 2 of practical. I fast noticed that was selling service not customer service but… I decided to give it a chance.
They finished my training after 2 extra days. I was trying to do my best to work as best as I could but I felt moral problem a bit. That problem was solved pretty fast because They fired me lol. Once they gave me another sale training. Then I went into weekend break and on monday I had broken headphone. After a hour team leader brought me into office to tell me Im fired because when Im talking with customer there is only 1,45% chances for selling him stuff (lmao).
Later that day I told my friend that company is a scam because They frauded me. That another friend who was worked there asked her to ask me if I would want to be Beat up (lol). She was working in the office that's why I stated in a tittle of thread that I recieved threats from office.
I posted that story on couple employer feedback websites (I mean websites when employer can give an opinion about company). Sometimes they were responding but they never respond to beat threats.
