Had worked in recruitment for 14 years 7 years own agency so I know I am the enemy but always played it straight with clients and candidates re salary and what people want
Sold my business and went into sales for 5 yrs then worked in RPO and now in civil service which good benefits pension etc but bored off my skull
Thinking of going back on my own again , my beliefs honest to candidate re salary benefits etc as it is candidate interviews client
And I want to change how I bill clients
Question I am asking is there room in market for an agency who works with candidate as much as client
