Job Description

  • Create and implement strategies and plans that minimize amount of people disruption associated with change and lessen the time required to move people from current state to future state
  • Work closely with program managers, sponsors, senior leaders and business owners to manage the changes required across significant programs and prepare impacted groups for change. Work with program teams to integrate activities into the overall program plan.
  • Partner with PeopleOps, Training, Program Management and Communications to support the execution of change activities.
  • Deploy, apply and document using the Change Impact Assessment tool and related templates for the people side of change caused by programs and organizational change efforts.
  • Stakeholder Assessment – Identify those impacted and level of impact Stake holder Engagement
  • Build interventions to support those impacted by change Communication Plan
  • Build the communication plan to support appropriate timing, content, resources, awareness and preparedness Change Management Plan – Combine all findings; decisions into comprehensive plan Success Measures – Establish parameters to measure the efficiency Risks and Mitigations
  • Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions to ensure the continuous improvement of change methods and processes.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Experience leading training and enablement efforts for technical initiatives, preferably within the data engineering / infrastructure space
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training or a related field
  • Prior change management experience is preferred
  • Ability to relate to all levels of the organization to build credibility and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to balance numerous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to break down and clearly convey technical concepts
  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment, preferably within the technology industry

Education

  • 5-7 Years Experience

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 – $60.00 per day
