WTF! I mean WTF! I was literally asked three different times by this HR rep for an explanation, apparently getting laid off from covid pandemic wasn't a good excuse?? the interview went pretty good, but at the end, for the third time she asked me about this gap , and at this point I literally wanted to raise my voice and say what do you remember of the summer of 2020? like were you recently woken from a coma? almost everyone I knew was laid off or let go from their job, the whole world shut down. how can you not remember! and hell even if it was march 2019 to oct 2019 thats a pretty decent job turnover time imo.
