On my day off my work called everyone in for a mandatory meeting, they did tell us a week in advance tho, at 8pm.
Anyway, I thought we would go over important things, but literally it was like elementary school all over again.
We put papers on our backs and everyone wrote nice things about each other, then we read them out loud.
Everyone was extremely annoyed by the call in, and no one wanted to participate, including myself.
Afterwards we talked about how we would improve the customer experience (I work in a big corporation sandwich shop) with a game.
I was already gonna turn in my two weeks because of coworkers, very dramatic coworkers, but I'm thinking I need to speed up the process.
Tomorrow we have a Supervisor meeting that will last four hours, two hours after I'm supposed to clock out.
Advice?
I don't have another job lined up, but I'm actively looking.
