The owner of the company I brew for announced how little I get paid to the whole bar staff.

So I work for a brewery in Colorado. About 6 months ago I was thrusted into the head brewers position as the previous one went MIA. It’s been a ton of work. I usually work 7 days a week under the impression of making sacrifices to catch up on beers that were lost in the transition of brewers. Part of those sacrifices were that I didn’t get a raise to compensate me for all the extra work. At first I didn’t mind. I see the numbers of the brewery and knew I had to put up with it for a short time. Fast forward to last week, during our all staff meeting with the owners..they announced that we’re getting back on track and blah blah blah. Then he goes on to mention me (trying to sound like a shoutout) but embarrassed me in front of the whole staff that I barley make a dollar above minimum wage.

I feel embarrassed and slowly losing faith in this job. Should I give an ultimatum or just find a job elsewhere?
