Is my boss allowed to require 50hrs/week if I’m on salary?

I live in Pennsylvania. I’ve been here for 8 months and when I started he said it was a minimum of 50 hours for the position. I was hired to be a culinary director but the person who was leaving that role ended up staying- so now there are two of us. To fill the rest of my time, I’m now responsible for all kinds of different things. I do leaf blowing, I drive our residents around, plan and execute day trips, help with landscaping work, distribute medications, etc. the list goes on and on. None of these are things I’m used to, I’ve been a chef my whole working life (I’m 30 and have been cooking since I was 16). Is he allowed to just fill my 50 hours with random shit? Or is it reasonable to want to be done my days/week when my culinary responsibilities are complete?

I really just need some advice. What would you do here?
