Got hired with promise OT which I know can’t be promised but ok 10 hours a week great.
Your time starts from closest yard to your house to drive into differing work locations

Few months later
Friday 5pm email from manager
Starting Monday OT is curtailed
Your time starts from the nearest location we commonly work from you deduct the time from your home to that location if it’s a hour then deduct a hour to any drive time
If it’s over a hour or more than 50 miles you must stay out of town
You cannot put more than a hour drive time and you must arrive at 0700
You wills not be paid for set up or prep time you arrive at 0700 if your early that is on you
When asked for who in this company authorized this we were told “a lady in finance”
Mind you this is one largest utilities in country not a mom n pop everything is written policy but somehow it’s “ a lady in finance”
Since this great plan in a year there has been 80% turn over
The last 2 folks from 2 years ago will be going new jobs so that’s last original group
The ones left are hacks and have no clue what doing but according to manager all is well 🤡
