A question from a teen worker…

I am not trying to diss my job by saying this, in fact I think it has been a great first job for me, but the hours I am working are kinda uncomfy right now. I am 16 and am often working 4-6 days a week (I almost worked every single day once, but I was sick on the last day) and I have other things going on besides work and school. The fact that most of those are closing shifts also make it pretty difficult for me. I want to ask for less hours while I’m still in school, but I’m worried something negative will come out of it. I’m in the food industry and I know how fast they are willing to replace you. I have only taken off 2 shifts many months in advance and pick up whenever I am asked to, but I feel like they…

Sorry if this post seems all over the place, but I’m wondering what I should do?
