I quit a toxic job

I have a high paying job in operations at an investment banking firm (middle level management but doing everything you can think of). I've been putting in 70+ hours each week for over a year, putting up with extremely incompetent and untrustworthy management, toxic work environment, largely incompetent colleagues(barring a few), terrible systems and processes. I tried to change things, I tried to do some good. Instead I ended up always bailing someone or something out, cleaning up other people's messes. I got recognition and support from a lot of unexpected people except from my own management when I slogged for 18-20 hours a day finding solutions to critical problems. I'm DONE. I've finally sent in my resignation today. I will start teaching myself how to relax and find something a bit more palatable. Meanwhile I have also started therapy today, I will focus on my hobbies and in making…
