Boomer boss wants to call about every tiny thing. Obsessed with rules and if someone potentially is breaking one, omg its a damn hour call about it on what to do instead of just addressing it with them directly. Call the person and tell them, not me, who is unfortunately a support person at the wrong place wrong time. You're the leader. Lead!
I like my day to day work but absolutely HATE dealing with the people and the management who waste so much time sooooo much time
I could tolerate work if I could find any autonomy at all. That feels like a fever dream. To just handle shit and be left alone
Why do managers hassle about every tiny thing and then get mad everyone hates them or leaves? It's because….you make life difficult for everybody and waste our time and argue about meaningless stuff!
I'm updating my resume again for the 100th time. I was going to just get complacent but the constant badgering is it. Sick of the bull crap and time to move on.
