i have two interviews coming up! im excited for both but stuck between which one i want more.
one is a located at a small clinic campus and its mon-fri 8-4:30. duties are administrative and closely related to patient needs and physician needs.
one is a located at a large hospital and its 3 12hr shifts, i think it requires one weekend day every other week. not sure if they're all in a row. duties are assigning patients who are admitted to the hospital to beds/rooms.
heres also something to consider, first one range of pay is slightly lower than the second but not too much.
ive been working with this company for over a year, so hopefully id negotiate them on either jobs if offered to up the pay a bit. ive never worked 3 12s before, but wanted to see which people would prefer.
any advice is appreciated! 🙂
