Working on a Sinking Ship and wish to float to shore

Context — Mediocre creative office job, terrible bosses, increasing staff turn over—which makes it difficult to do work because my bosses don't train anyone one and expect us to train the new staff even if we do completely different jobs and then get upset when people aren't trained properly. It's a mess and I want out. I am looking for something else and have applied for a few things even though a lot of stuff that's available seems to be kinda more of the same soul sucky—”we're a family here” nonsense. I've expressed to my social circle/family that I am looking and some of the responses I've gotten have been very “You go be a girlboss now! Start your own company. Be an entrepreneur!” I have no desire to because that's hard as fuck and I'm already burnt out.
