So I was talking with a coworker at work and he started telling me about his last job. He worked there for 15 fucking years, and for the last 5 years he received $700 per month without one fucking salary increase. Then covid started and the company told him that now they could only pay him $500 per month. He didn't have other option than accept the reduction. Luckily after some months he find a new job(where we work right now)
It's incredible how fucked up it's the world, I really hope something will change some day.
