what do we do?

Hey yall I know we all feel like the capitalist hellscape we live in is never going to collapse and we are going to be overworked and underpaid the rest of our lives. Its truly a crippling thought. I guess I’m just wondering how other people cope with this fear and what can we do as individuals to try to stop this? Im not in a position where I can try to unionize as much as I wish I could and the job listings I’m seeing are so pathetic its not even funny. What action can we take pls help
