She tells me “I should’ve followed up” and “it’s really crucial for you to take ownership”… it takes he days to respond to things. I know she’s very busy and I don’t want to bother her but at the same time, why am I getting blamed here, when if I would just refuse to answer things my ass would be on the line??? Double standard!!! So toxic. Any advice?
