How to get energy to go job hunting?

So I am not overly fond of my job. The expectations are ramping up and we're headed toward a massive event that will likely eff up the next 5-10 years of my industry. I am tired. I want out. Problem is you can't leave without finding a new job first and the job hunt is disgusting. I don't want to take a pay cut (I get paid really well), but I will likely have to. And the job hunt is exhausting; every job post in my field has a hiring req for what I assume is an actual Avenger, no listed pay or hours and requires you to fill out your resume on their shitty website after you submit your actual resume. How do I get energized to try and keep up the fight? I come home after my 12-15 hour shift tired and barely have the energy to heat…

How do I get energized to try and keep up the fight? I come home after my 12-15 hour shift tired and barely have the energy to heat something up in the microwave, much less scour LinkedIn.

Thanks for the advice. Even venting makes me feel a little better. I'm burnt out like a well done steak in a retirement home.
