Hello all, so I have an interesting story? Well… I work for a company and I finally made it to a year there. Woohoo, whatever. But here’s the thing, I have not been assigned a single job assignment this entire year. If I do get an assignment, it’s often with little to no instruction and if I were to ask for assistance I am never offered it. I got something assigned today for the first time in a literal year and of course had no idea what to do, I expressed this to a manager of mine and got no response. This particular assignment was due at end of day.. I just never completed it and my manager didn’t even reply to the message I sent with my concerns. I’m not sure what to do at this point, it sounds like a dream not having work at work but there’s been a lot of weird confusion and anxiety because of it. I guess I came here to vent and share how weird I think this all is. Never had a job where I’ve done absolutely nothing gotten away with it & when I ask for assistance it’s never granted. Hmm..
