Little short handed. Now is the time?

Basically my dept has seven positions. As of last week there are now only four of us. One being our supervisor and we have an offsite regional manager who stops in once every couple weeks. (Very large company 5000+ employees)Our hiring dept has dragged their feet and been overly particular when finding us additional help. Currently we are covering as best as we can (three different shifts) but some shifts now end up not having coverage because we already are working 12-15 hr shifts. Is this the time for the four of us to go ask for a raise? We have discussed it but I figured could get some feedback. All of us have been here since our new facility opened since 2022 but have not gotten performance reviews or any raise. The company itself has been around for 20 years. Thoughts?
