I am glad that companies have started to out their salary ranges on their job postings, for the most part.
But after using Indeed for new work and writing reviews; I hope the next step is to add the job/company reviews to the job postings.
The reviews are off to the side in a drop down menu.
But, Imagine if a notoriously toxic company posted a Job and just underneath were all the honest experiences of people who had to do the job in the past.
Companies use our references and past employers as a judge of us; so we should be able to do the same.
