I got fired today from a certain cookie company. The reasoning was a shift lead messaged me with reprimands on my day off. I felt and feel it is unprofessional and not fair. Those conversations should be handled when I am clocked in and accountable. They expect a lot of unpaid work and I know that is illegal. I’m just so frustrated and disappointed.
