So I’m a salaried employee and have earned PTO so I put in my request the day before I intended to be off. that’s pretty normal for our company. It was for last minute family coming into town, not that it really matters.
This is a sales job and I’m currently in the top 5% of the nation so I’m doing pretty good.
My boss had definitely seen my request to take this week off because he called me today and I said I was busy with family he just replied “okay call me tomorrow. Nothing important “ even though I’m also off tomorrow.
I got pretty anxious and gave him a call back within 10 minutes and he didn’t answer so I’m now waiting to see if he’ll call me back again.
I don’t wanna be bothered and stressed like this on my days off. I have absolutely no idea what he wants. Idk if I’m being too sensitive about this but it’s just annoying and why was he so cryptic
