I was wondering if anyone could share some ideas of what worked or didn’t work. They are adding higher wages, hybrid flexibility and more pto so I’m looking for fun events/ideas. My old work place used to buy everyone thanksgiving dinner ingredients, sponsor a softball team and coffee cards.
