Wage theft with overtime and holiday pay

Please tell me if im being overdramatic or not but im super pissed off right now and ready to walk out if it didn't mean tanking my finances. For context I work 4, 10 hour shifts a week fri-mon. The pay periods are counted from sun-sat, so my work week is split between them. I'm in WA state if that makes a difference. My company offered time and a half for the Juneteenth holiday. It fell on a Monday, and i came in an hour early and worked 11 hours. I picked up an aditional 10 hour shift that week on Thursday. I worked 51 hours total, 11 of which was on a holiday, so I should have gotten 21 hours of time and a half and 30 hours of regular pay. I was only paid 11 hours of time and a half. I was only paid 11 hours of time and a half. Apparently, hours worked on a holiday don't count towards my total hours worked in terms of overtime. I tried pushing for a better explanation, and I was just told that the overtime fell on Juneteenth and it couldn't double. But that doesn't make any sense, since it was on a Monday and chronologically the overtime would have started Saturday?

I'm super upset, if that's the case what is even the point of picking up an extra shift on a holiday week? I also picked up overtime the week of July 4th, and that won't matter. I'm so upset right now. Is there anything I can do, any law that I can prove that there breaking? I'm in college part time and I need that extra money to pay for tuition. I'm so upset
