False Allegations Recourse

I (21M) was accused of physically assaulting my coworker (17F) after some drama went down between her and my girlfriend. Is there any sort of recourse for this? I didn’t lose my job so I don’t think I really have any legal standing, but wondering if there are US or (MI) State laws that prohibit this behavior, or is it just up to my restaurants rule book? I’m really not interested in working with this person any more but I really need this job at least for another month.
