So I am coming up on a year at my job and at every previous job iv had it had been very organized and coorprate. I'm always given a very easy platform on which to present my case for a raise. (And though often ignored) I got a chance to at least Say I deserve a raise.
I now work for a non-profit and am almost 100% confident I will not be receiving a performance review. I also learned in being paid in the 25th percentile for my job in my aria. 🤮
So I have all of the same things saved as I would if I was going to have one.( my brag box, completed project lists, proof of efficiency and proficiency rising since I began. As well as the current market rate for my position.)
My concern is if im not getting pulled into a performance review how do I speak up for myself and ask for a raise in a way that will yield the best results for me in this setting. Any advice is welcome.
Please no mean comments im a sensitive little bean.
