fractured my arm on Saturday, doctor gave me a week off, on Tuesday afternoon work asked if I can come into office from Wednesday

I offered work from home from day 1 but my bosses are dinosaurs and they don’t like working with technology so it inconveniences them more if you’re working remotely (I’m a trainee lawyer). So this means that even though I’m on doctors orders not to move for a week they’re still fucking asking me to come back to the office because their own convenience matters more than my recovery clearly.
