So I started working with a company through a contract almost 1 year ago (almost like a temp agency type of deal). The contract ended a month ago and I had to switch and become a permanent employee. No big deal, I'm getting the same pay rate. Only difference is this company takes forever to get direct deposit to go through. My coworker said hers took months. Anyways, I've been getting my checks in the mail and it's been over a week this time and I'm concerned now.
I contacted a higher up and he gave me a phone number and email address and I've emailed numerous times with no reply. The phone number was just a robot so that's no help.
It's Saturday now so I can't contact anyone and still no paycheck. I have bills to pay and I can't wait any longer for my check.
Where do I go from here? Would HR help?
TLDR: I haven't received a paycheck in over a week. Contacted support and have had no help in the matter.
