About a month ago, I had an interview at this hotel for a restaurant server position. Manager lady seemed to like me and was interviewing me for an hour. She called me back after 3 weeks telling me she is still interviewing for the position but if I don't want to wait, that she has 2 openings in the hotel cafe and it's full-time and all. She asked me to apply on the website. Well a week later and nothing. What's with lies? Why not say probably not a good fit? I feel it's a waste of time.
