Hi everyone I quit my job due to my employers not handling a coworker who was sexually harassing me. When I reported it they seemed to have taken it seriously. Taking down a report and then “firing him”. Then they called me to say they offered him back his job due to them feeling bad because they “didn’t give him a sexual harassment course/ them blaming it on a language barrier”. There is also three different guys who have had sexual harassment claims against them and not fired at this job. I quit because all I asked was to not see him at work and that didn’t happen. Do I have any room here to file?
