So throughout the whole phase of job hunting straight out of college, I’ve been having a hell of a time with getting an interview in the first place with the fringe 1 or 2 interviews I got since December. Some of these jobs require specific certifications. Most of these are BLS, CPR, Pharmacy Trainee certification, etc. I wanted to ask if it’s commons to wait till after you are guaranteed the job before trying to get the certification in the first place. Only asking this since I was told to get a pharmacy trainee certification only for the employer to ghost me. Any help is appreciated on this topic.
