I just found out that my contract wasn't renewed. Ive been at the company through a temp agency for almost 9 months, the contracts were three months each and up until now had been renewed automatically. They cited lack of professionalism ans organization as the reasons, which I don't understand but that's besides the point. I'm worried about getting another job since they'll ask why I don't work there anymore and I don't want to explain and have them reach out to my soon to be former employer. They also didn't give me a two week notice. Should I quit immediately so it can look like i left on my terms? The contract ends the end of July.
